We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable data protection law of the Republic of Cyprus.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is:

  • K.M.N. Retail Solutions Ltd
  • Registered office: Registered office: to be confirmed
  • Registration number: Registration number: to be confirmed
  • Email: Privacy contact email: to be confirmed

2. What data we collect

Information you send us

When you use our contact or demo request forms, we collect the information you enter, such as:

  • your name, company name, email address and phone number;
  • your business type and, optionally, the number of stores;
  • the content of your message;
  • your confirmation that you have read this policy, and the date and time of your submission.

Technical data

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request (server logs). To protect our forms against abuse, our form handler temporarily stores a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address to limit the number of submissions.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry or demo request — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To operate and secure the website — our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website and preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations — where we are required to keep certain records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is accessible to KMN staff who need it to respond to you. We use service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, such as our website hosting and email providers: Hosting and email providers: to be confirmed.

If your request concerns products from one of our technology partners, we will only share your details with that partner where necessary and after informing you: Partner data-sharing practice: to be confirmed.

5. International transfers

We aim to store and process data within the European Economic Area. Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the GDPR: Transfer details, if any: to be confirmed.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries and demo requests: Retention period: to be confirmed, unless a business relationship follows.
  • Form protection data (hashed IP addresses): automatically deleted after 24 hours.
  • Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s retention settings: Log retention period: to be confirmed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable format where applicable.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

8. Cookies
